A Study On The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization In Hanjiang District Of Yangzhou

In the past 20 years,the integration of informationization and industrialization in foreign countries has developed rapidly,which conforms to the objective laws and times requirements of human society from agricultural society to industrial society and then to information society.In China,from the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the 19th National Congress,the proposal of "promoting industrialization with informatization,and promoting informatization by industrialization" is further put forward that "speeding up the construction of a powerful manufacturing country,speeding up the development of advanced manufacturing industry,and promoting the deep integration of the internet?big data?artificial intelligen and real economy",shows that the party and the government have a firm will and courage to promote the integration of informationization and industrialization,and it is also in line with China's development goal of taking a new road to industrialization and basically realizing modernization in 2050.At present,the discussion on the theory and practice of the integration of informationization and industrialization in China is still in the early stage,and most of the policy researches are from the national?provincial and ministerial level,rarely consider the needs of the regional integration of informationization and industrialization from the grass-roots county(city?district)level.Therefore,the research on the regional integration of informatization and industrialization is a new field?new requirement and new subject for China.This paper intends to take "a study on the integration of informatization and industrialization in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou" as the theme,strive to further explore the combination of theory and practice.This paper includes the following parts:The first part discusses the the theoretical basis,including the connotation of government?government functions?industrialization?informationization?the relationship between informationization and industrialization?and the definition?mode and mechanism of the integration of informationization and industrialization;The second part takes Hanjiang District in Yangzhou as an example to conduct an empirical research,it conducts a questionnaire survey on industrial enterprises above designated size in Hanjiang District,carries out statistical analysis according to the sample data,and reveals the development status and outstanding problems of the integration of informatization and industrialization,also analyzes the reasons;The third part expounds the development trend of the integration of informatization and industrialization at home and abroad,and studies the practical experiences of domestic and foreign governments in promoting the development of informatization;The fourth part integrates the results of empirical analysis,which turns the research level from individual analysis and theoretical research to the universal research of macro policies,and provides specific countermeasures and suggestions for the regional government to promote the integration of informatization and industrialization.
