achieve a high potential of the transition,largely depends on the enterprise in the realization of potential transition path choice.Therefore,if the high-tech enterprises want to get rid of this long-term predicament,they must find their own development path,realize the potential transition in the whole high-tech industry chain,and realize the leap from "low potential" to "high potential".In order to get rid of the dilemma of "low potential" and realize the potential transition behavior,this paper studies the potential transition of nonlinear structure,and puts forward a new way of "high-tech enterprise"Potential transition path".First of all,the research status quo of domestic and foreign research is systematically studied,and then the concept of potential transition path of high-tech enterprises is put forward from the related concepts of embeddedness,enterprise potential,centrality,structural hole and cohesive subgroup.In this paper,we adopt multi-case research methods,select the sub-business of Tencent micro-payment,Ali Finance and Huawei mobile communication as sample cases,and conduct interviews with these enterprises and summarize the enterprise summary,News reports and CNKI research documents.B.Through the analysis of the cases and the cross-case analysis,the author has extracted three feasible paths of the potential transitions of the
