Business Development Strategy Research Of HY County Bank

Amidst the increasingly fierce competition in urban development and the increasingly the central government has issued a number of "Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry" as the theme of the central document for 12 years since 2004,emphasizing the importance of the "Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry" in China's socialist modernization period.At the meanwhile,many measures to solve the "Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry" are closely related to investment.The existing financial system has a serious shortage of support for agriculturerural and county economy,of which the problems of county banks are the almost certain.County banks are the new things under the national agriculture policy and socialist market economy joint action.There are in total 1263 county banks from the establishment of the first county bank in China in 2007 to the end of 2014.But with various inherent limitations,such as the lacking of scientific and technological strength,poor brand awareness,poor anti risk ability,the development of county bank is difficult.Whether the newly established county banks can withstand the test of the financial market,is thought-provoking.This paper takes HY county bank as an example,starting from an overview of domestic and international theoretical literature,analyzes the Tancheng County economic and financial environment,introducing the characteristics of establishment and development of HY county bank,researching and analysing the problems in the development of county banks.Employing the SWOT analysis method,this paper will point out the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of county banks.Facing the current situations of the HY county bank,this paper will point out that the probem of its business,and propose the establishment of county banks strategic planning and the future of business development goals,and put forward some different proposals of the business development of the county banks.Develop the risk prevention,make the county bank to have a strict system to be proteted.The new establishment of county banks to break through the bottleneck of business development has practical significance.
