Studies On Organization Model Of Leading Enterprises And Farmer Cooperation In Agricultural Industrializ Ation Of Youzhou And The Issues Of Benefit Joint

How to solve the "three issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area" is always an important topic in the political circle and theoretical circle. It is proved that agriculture industrialization greatly helps to push the economic development forward and solve the three issues in the countryside. In order to realize the agriculture industrialization, it requires the different supports in the society rather than the single support from the government. In this way, it can improve the power of the countryside. The leading enterprises of agriculture industrialization are competitive in technology, financial resource and talents, possessing the marketing competitiveness and development. The cooperation between the leading enterprises and the countryside and the system of enterprises helping the countryside plays a significant role in pushing the agriculture industrialization and will finally contributes to the economic development in the countryside.Through the case study of the cooperation between the enterprises and the farmers in Yongzhou, Hunan Province, this thesis elaborates the backgrounds, causes and the conditions of the cooperation. It mainly discusses the five patterns:leading enterprises+farmers, leading enterprises+bases+farmers, company+agency+bases+farmers, enterprises+association+bases+farmers, and joint stock partnership. Besides, it also deals with the interests of the two sides. This thesis points out that there are some problems in the cooperation between the enterprises and the farmers. The leading enterprises are not enough and inadequate in scale, which leads to the imbalance and instability of the cooperation. Furthermore, inadequate system of the cooperation, imperfect supporting policies, the lack of knowledge in realization, law and system maintenance arise. This thesis puts forward some suggestions, such as cultivating leading enterprises, building up the scientific system of cooperation, improving the interests relationship and sharing system, promoting cooperation, perfecting the supporting measures and enhancing people's awareness. It provides a new way for realizing the mutual development of the leading enterprises and agriculture, and contributes to helping the agriculture industrialization.
