The global supply chain system has been generating gradually with the rapid improving speed of economic integration.There is on enterprise can exist as a separate node any longer,but as a key node of supply chain to participate in market competition and cooperation.The obtain of a company's core competitiveness is gradually relied on the collaboration of upstream supplier and downstream purchaser,especially the suppliers are in the upstream of the supply chain,which makes them restrict production,management and marketing activities of the enterprise,a good supplier management is the precondition and core problem of enterprise supply chain management.CP Company is a global famous computer hardware manufacturer,and it faces a fierce market competition,thus CP Company must enhance its core competitiveness to deal with the market competition better,how to conduct supplier management effectively is the important problem faced by CP Company.This paper studies how CP Company to conduct effective supplier evaluation management.On the basis of research states at home and abroad and actual application demand,this paper discusses the solution of supplier selection,management and evaluation,to help company gain a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition and improve satisfaction of customers,thus to ensure leading position in its industry.First of all,the theory of supplier management,supplier evaluation and supplier evaluation method are expounded to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper;Secondly,product some measures such as establishing the supplier management institution,improving supplier relationship process,perfecting supplier performance evaluation and incentive mechanism in allusion to the problems existing in supplier management of CP Company,through the analysis of the effect before and after improving,a conclusion that the measures product in this paper have high effect to CP company in optimizing the supplier amount,improving supplier ability and reducing R&D cycle.Thirdly,the supplier evaluation is studied in this paper,establish an evaluation indicator system,and identify the indicator weight with analytic hierarchy process method,conduct the supplier evaluation with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,then demonstrating the calculation process of supplier evaluation and selection based on Fussy-AHP based on the example of electric cardboard;Finally,put forward the safeguard measures for supplier management and evaluation improvement for CP Company and propose a further research direction.
