"The development of Internet plus" led to the innovation and development of information technology,and take the concept of wisdom into the tourism industry.Intelligent Tourism allows the main tourist bodies to get all aspects of tourism information,so that tourists can get their needs of travel and plan the trip through the network information.The wisdom of tourism makes tourists travel more convenient and intelligent,and the tourists' travel will be largely dependent on the network.The development of the wisdom tourism is not only affecting the choice of travel mode,but also impacting the business development model of the travel agency.The information process of travel agency is gradually accelerated.With the change of the tourism consumption concept and travel habits,the tourists will pay more attention to the travel agency brand to chose the travel agents.The competition of travel agency is also the comprehensive quality competition of the brand of travel agency by the single product.In this fierce competition,the brand has became the inevitable trend of the development of travel agents.Based on the theory of brand building,brand personality and service marketing theory,this paper analyzes the status quo of China's travel agency and Inner Mongolia travel agency brand building status quo,obtaining the Inner Mongolia travel agency brand building problems.And analyze the impact factors of brand building,then build the Inner Mongolia travel agency brand construction influence factors system,including travel agency external environment,management,brand quality,talent strategy,marketing,technical factors and customer loyalty.And then the influence factors are analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),then the relative importance of factors is obtained.The factors such as professional talent,product quality and core technology are the important influence factors of brand construction of travel agency under the wisdom tourism environment.Finally,we can take the strategies to build the brand,such as improving the quality of travel agents,improving the product quality to highlight the advantages of travel agents,seizing the wisdom of travel opportunities to enhance the brand's technology content,constructing the smart marketing for brand building,cultivating enterprise culture and taking the road of collectivization development countermeasures.
