Travel Agency Industry of Anhui Province, after nearly 30 years of development, has made a greater contribution for promoting development of the tourism industry of Anhui and the country, with expanding trade and increasing practitioners, however, at the same time, many problems also exist in the development of the industry. The market competition intensifying call for travel agents organizing various staff members from different sectors, professional, and division of labors reasonably for the purpose of high-performance organizations. Team-building model is innovation of management in the Travel Agency organization; and is the inevitable choice for Travel Agency in the current economic environment.First of all, this paper mainly set forth research background of team building and purpose and meaning, reviewing on theory of team-building at home and abroad; And then basing on the characteristics of Travel Agency, combing with team theory, we put forward the concept of team-building of Travel Agency and its significance; Then, the dissertation is based on the theory of team building from management study ,and begins to analysis the constraints existing in management of Anhui Travel Agency ,and to analysis the restrictive factors through theoretical and empirical research on team-building of Travel Agency.Finally, the dissertation based on the analysis of theory and practice, sets forth the team building strategy of Travel Agency. The paper based on the principles of guiding practice, expanding and integrating the West theory relationally, put forwards a set of team-building strategy for Travel Agency, connecting with practical application and operation of Anhui Province Travel Agency.
