Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Risk Management Of ZS Company

Financial risk is the enterprise management process,will inevitably face the risk.,if the enterprise financial risk,not value,don't take the initiative to prevent the potential risks,can lead to financial risk gradually enlarge,causing financial crisis brings to the enterprise production and operation of serious negative effects.So managers should be given due attention,financial risk management and the enterprise internal establish financial early warning mechanism,prevent the happening of financial risk.ZS company is an important oil and gas in north China,has long been the company's management has been emphasized in oil and gas drilling,ignore the enterprise internal management and the financial risk control,the financial risk management has brought some negative influence to the company business development.So this to study the problems of the ZS company's financial risk management has strong practical significance.Paper using the method of literature investigation,case analysis,comparative analysis and the relevant theory of financial risk management for ZS company's financial risk management in all kinds of data and basic system of comprehensive analysis and research.After completion of the analysis the author clearly ZS company in financial risk management problems mainly has: the concept of financial risk is not strong,debt is too high lead to financial risk,financial risk early warning mechanism is not sound,unreasonable capital scheduling,incomplete financial risk control measures,the auditing department executive force is not enough,supervision and evaluation system needs to strengthen,the informationization level to be improved,lack of high-quality management personnel.Finally,the author aimed at ZS company's financial risk management is put forward according to the above problems solving measures and methods.Hope thesis research can help improve the ability of financial risk management for ZS company,for other companies to provide reference for financial risk management strategy.
