Research On The Development Of Xifei Group's Business Cooperation Strategic Alliance

With the rapid development of requirement for the aviation manufacturing, Aviation manufacturing industry usher in rapid development period. Aviation manufacturing enterprises should not only consider their own core competitive ability of ascension, but also weigh the cost profit index. As technology intensive industries, the modern aviation industry need huge capita. In order to seek complementary resources and profit maximization, most of the international development of new commercial aircraft were manufacturing through international cooperation. The main form of international cooperation is subcontracting production Therefore, discussion on the development of business enterprise subcontracting with long-term strategic significance.XAC(AVIC Xi'an aircraft industry (group) company Co., Ltd.,) is the first to go abroad for international cooperation to make foreign aviation parts subcontract production unit in China's aviation industry. As an Industry leader, it has the strong ability in comprehensive integration, numerical control machining, and large-size components manufacturing. Therefore, based on XAC as the research background, the study analyzes the existing international cooperation type and the strategic planning in internationalization development, using theories of resource dependence, transaction cost to analyze the existing subcontracting business model strategic alliance. It builds an evolution mode of subcontract business strategic alliance forms for XAC, and then designs matrix of strategic alliance management organization structure and its operating mechanism.At the same time, questionnaire investigation and literature research method was used to construct XAC's subcontract business general index system of strategic alliance partner selection.It introduces the procedure of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of alliance choice to get operating mechanism which enhance its subcontract business core competence as the guide, keep task running mechanism and management mechanism as the core, and put cultural integration as environment supporting mechanism. The study has realistic significance of enriching the enterprise subcontracting business strategic alliance theory.At the moment, XCA has established the strategic guiding ideology of to develop international cooperation projects into pillar industry, and has planed the strategic vision of make XAC become a world-class aviation products supplier. In this paper, the research has a guiding significance for developing strategic alliance cooperation. Meanwhile, the research results not only enrich the theory of strategic alliance to choose the content, but also provide the reference for strategic alliance mode to domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises and other enterprises.
