The Research On The Enterprises' Selection Of Strategic Alliance Partners

Strategic Alliance is credited as the most important organization form for the enterprises after 1990s and has become critical measures to strengthen enterprises' core competition. The selection of Alliance partners is the key step to form Enterprise Alliance in which a proper partner will guarantee the succession of the Alliance. Also, such selection means significantly in materializing the Enterprise's strategic goals.This article is to study the Evaluation Principals, Evaluation Steps and Evaluation methodology in the Selection of Alliance partners.Firstly, combining the practicing of the Selection of Alliance Partners with the relative theoretical studies on the basis of 3C Evaluation Principals, this article analyzes the Preliminary Selection plus the 5C principals on which the Primary Index System is founded. 5C includes Compatibility, Compensation, Capability and Credit. This article explicates various influential elements in above principals by enriching the evaluation angles and the contents.Secondly, this article clarifies the Evaluation Index System. The first step is to clarify the steps in partner selections, including Preliminary Selection, the Evaluation and Outcome Optimization. Immediately after above three steps, the measures like Delphi and the Questionnaire Survey are to be adopted to correct and analyze the Preliminary Selection combining the usage of the software SPSS in order to secure 19 indexes. Such Evaluation process is designed to avoid being over-subjective and less comprehensive, while assuring the independency between each individual index via Correlation testing.Thirdly, this article constructs Evaluation mode by using the Fuzzy layer Analysis to evaluate the cooperation partners addressing the defects in the AHP approach. The comprehensive evaluation is conducted by finding out the Expectation Value via the Triangle Fuzzy Figures.Finally, this article uses the Arithmetic application of the Alliance partner Selection for Enterprise X to verify the feasibility of the whole Evaluation approach.
