A secientific salary system is an indispensable section for the enterprise competitiveness, and is the core part of the Human Resource Mangagement (HRM), hence it is an strategic issue worth attaching great importance to for any enterprise. For centuries, the enterprise salary system has been highly valued in both the ecomomic and management fields. Especially in recent years, the reform of the salary system appears systematic gradually. To be specific, the enterprise takes many factors into consideration in building its stategic salary system, such as its development phases and conditions, salary strategies, and law risks etc., it also adopts the advanced ideas, methods and techniques to build the strategic salary system and tries a variety of incentive modes to make the salary system play a positive and incentive role in the enterprise development.This paper takes Xixian lot Technology Co. Ltd, a small developing state-owned technology innovation enterprise, for an example, aiming at figuring out several main inadequate aspects between the salary system and the enterprise development, and analysing the reasons behind it, through studying and analysizing the existing salary system with relevant theories both at home and abroad. The purpose of the system is to optimize the existing salary system with the mainstream concept about the salary management and try to introduce a set of reasonable and scientific salary system, which can not only guarantee the benefts and working enthusiasm of the staff, but also serve to realize the strategic target of the enterprise. Futhermore, this salary system is designed from the staff welfare to the non-economic payment and put forward to some measures to guarantee the new system put into effect smoothly.This study optimizes the salary system of Xixian lot Tech. by using some relevant theories, techniques and instruments, and is expected to offer some practical references for the HRM of other enterprises and organizations of the same kind.
