Study On Land Use Pattern Of Wanjiang Urban Belt Based On Smart Growth

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in our country,the urban land space of Wanjiang urban belt is spreading rapidly.The total urban population is rising continuously,but meanful urbanization should not be an infinite expansion of the city,but should be production and life.The modernization of the way drives the whole social progress.Smart growth has been proposed by Western countries,after years of policy attempts and theoretical discussions,has initially proved that smart growth policy initiatives to ease the spread of urban disorder.Therefore,it is of great significance for the Wanjiang Urban Belt in the process of rapid urbanization to draw the concept of smart growth through the "localization" to the urbanization development in China.Based on the theory of smart growth and urban boundary theory,this paper takes nine provincial cities in Wanjiang City as research object,and by means of summarizing the concept of smart growth,this paper takes compact development objective,natural resources protection target,payable housing target and traffic diversification The aim of this paper is to express the land use pattern by the total amount of urban land use and the land use structure.The model of urban land use is established by panel data model,and the optimal land use pattern of Wanjiang urban belt is obtained by fuzzy mathematics multi-objective programming.The results show that the land use pattern of Wanjiang urban belt has obvious and complex effects on the urban smart growth.The compact development target is mainly affected by the area of built-up area,the area of planting area,land area of construction,area of enterprise land and area of utility land Impact,natural resources protection target is mainly affected by the green area of the built-up area and the area of the crop sown area,the main objective of paying the housing target is affected by the residential land area and built-up area,the traffic diversification target mainly by residential land area,Land area and construction land area.In the framework of multi-objective planning,Wanjiang urban belt can be divided into three categories: relatively smart growth of cities,land-use cities are not smart and inadequate land development.Relatively shrewd growth Smart growth of the city is higher,but there is still room for improvement of land use structure,land use,smart city land use level is low,the need to limit the urban sprawl,inadequate land development,urban smart growth is low,There is a common problem in the land use structure: insufficient green area in the built-up area,insufficient sown area of crops,redundant public facilities and insufficient land for residential use.Under the optimal and smart growth model,some cities such as natural resource protection,affordable housing and transport diversification are less desirable than the current situation,suggesting that adjustments to land use patterns alone do not meet all the demands for smart growth,to assist with other policy instruments.
