Company teamwork fine management of our country currently is still at an early stage of development.Extensive management and other shortcomings still exit in some companies.This paper,exemplified with XXGD,examines the fine teamwork management of electric power company.To begin with,XXGD thinks highly of the fine management of teamwork,carries out all kind of works actively,and tries its best to forge existing team into a four-type team.For instance,changing training ways,expanding employee’s horizon,adopting innovative management ways,and highlighting the construction of people-oriented items and etc,which provides other companies with essential references of team fine management.Secondly,some teams of the XXGD still deviate from the fine management.In the aspect of management by objectives,some teams have no determined management objectives,have deviation on decided objective,and have formalism in objective decision making.In terms of field management dimension,Some teams not enact strict field management rules,and deviate the 5S management philosophy to a large extent.On the dimension of quality control,there are still shortcomings on stability of staff composition,staff attainment,team working stability and hardship situation.On the standardization dimension,some teams have formalist daily activities.The technical training departs from the practical issues.The check and repair work are far from normative.Computer technology training are not enough.On the dimension of team building,backward thinking,formalist management,low performance management efficiency,and lack of team leadership and policy enforcement are still exist in some teams in CCGD.Finally,based on the deficiencies existing in some teams of the company,we need do the following things from five dimensions.On the dimension of management by objectives,the team plans and management objectives should be formulated.On the dimension of field management,the application of the 5S management philosophy should be enhanced.On the dimension of quality control,the QC team should be enhanced.On the dimension of standardization,the level of company team work standard should be raised.On the team building dimension,teamwork theory can be applied to construct high-performance team. |
