D Company Lean Production Sustainable Problem And Countermeasure

Entered the "Low-profit era", management problems have penetrated into all aspects of business operations. With the success of TPS,"Lean Production" has become an-excellent management model which is highly praised within the manufacturing industry. But many companies find it difficult to implement, especially to make it persist. So how to achieve a sustainable development of "Lean Production" has become a big problem that confuses us.On the basis of explaining the concepts and the research status of Lean Production do-mestically and internationally, the paper studies the sustainability of Lean Production of Company D from the perspective of team management.Company D has implemented Lean Production in earlier stage, but it did not exert the advantages of Lean Production when the external production factors changed. On the contrary it showed two major problems:difficulties in implementing Lean Production and its poor per-formance in production and operations.To solve these two major problems, this paper proposes that Location Team should act as the main role in implementing a Bottom-up manner Lean Production and Location Team management should adopt effective Lean Management Methods and use scientific Lean Man-agement Tool precisely and flexibly.The practice shows that after Company D changed its management ideas and specific measures, it has gained significant positive progress sustainably in production capacity, prod-uct quality, the savings of variety waste and the improvement of overall personnel quality, thus it creates a Lean Corporate culture.
