But with the development and growth of the group, the gradual expansion of the international market, although the international market demand in 2014 than in 2013 has increased, but the increase is limited, enterprise restructuring is still facing an important issue. Dynamic transformation of the power comes from innovation, transformation and upgrading is to seize the opportunity to grasp the trend of the tide. For the chemical industry is concerned, the most important, or to enhance the quality of products and services, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, especially the international competitiveness, enhance the ability of security, environmental protection and other sustainable development. And enhance the international competitiveness of a company, to improve the level of internal human resource management is an important link to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise itself. It is originated from the developed countries (Japan in the 1950s) a kind of enterprise management concept, it is the refinement of social division of labor, and the refinement of service quality of modern management inevitable requirement, is established on the basis of routine management and routine management and deepen the basic idea and management mode, is a to maximize reduce occupied by the management of resources and reducing the cost of management is the main goal of the management. Modern management believes that scientific management has three levels:the first level is standardized, the second level is fine, the third level is personalized. This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems faced in the aspects of training a group of six aspects, draw lessons from the international advanced countries training mode, the combination of fine management of the relevant theoretical knowledge, applying the idea of fine management to enterprise training, with fine thoughts to solve the problem.In view of the present situation of A group training management, in order to better meet the needs of the group development, training management also needs to take the development of enterprise as an opportunity, and constantly innovate the training mode, with the times. This paper will combine the idea of fine management research, continuously improve the Luxi group enterprise training resources and refining training daily management process in detail, puts forward the feasible suggestions and to provide theoretical guidance and effective measures to improve the training level of the enterprise.
