Nowadays,as more and more people call for "energy saving low carbon",the development of new energy vehicles has become the trend of the current automotive industry,so research and development of new energy technologies have sprung up like mushrooms.Pure electric vehicle is a car with a single storage battery as the power source,that is,with the vehicle mounted power supply as the power,the motor driving wheel drive,meeting the requirements of road traffic,safety regulations.Electrical Vehicle is one of the best motor vehicle in the world currently which could achieve zero emissions.Due to environmental protection requirements,coupled with the development of new materials and new technologies,the development of the Electrical Vehicle has entered the climax.Flambeau Columbia Electrical Vehicles Co.,Ltd.,as a foreign enterprise,although the technology is excellent,it is facing all kinds of pressure in the country.This paper attempts to study the company's competitive strategy,to guide the company to achieve a better understanding of the industry,and its advantage in the industry,taking the advantages of the policy to seize the market opportunities,avoid risks,foster strengths and circumvent w eaknesses and improve operating conditions.This paper first introduces Flambeau Columbia company briefly,and then analyzes the company's operating conditions,and the current marketing and sales situation,including the business ongoing status of this electrical vehicle.An d then analyzes the domestic and foreign macroeconomic environment through different angles of political,economic,social culture,and technological considerations and the enterprise's industry competitive structure environment through analyzing the buyer,the customer and the potential competitors,the current competitors and new replacements of the current EV products.This paper also utilizes SWOT Analysis thru analyzing the strength,weakness,opportunities and threat in order to get the opportunities and challenges that the company is facing with.And finally it summed up the opportunities and challenges that Flambeau Columbia EV faced with in the new situation.At the same time,throu gh the analysis of the products of the company's situation,organization,marketing mode,human resources,financial status of the company and company value chain of internal resources and capacity,this paper summed up the Flambeau Columbia EV Company's competitive advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,the integrated use of the PEST analysis method,SWOT analysis method,Porter's five forces model,combined with the company's strategic positioning,the competition strategy of Flambeau Columbia EV Company is formulated.At the same time,this paper also designs the competition content of the Flambeau Columbia EV Company.In this stage,implementation steps and formulates the effective implementation of the strategy,to ensure implementation of the Flambeau Columbia EV Company's competitive strategy.The research of this paper provid es some reference for the development of Flambeau Columbia EV Company and reference for some similar EV enterprises.
