In this paper, with the basic theory of strategic management and analysis tools,the internal and external factors of the electric car business are analyzed, and on thisbasis to determine the overall strategy, the path of implementation and safeguardmeasures for a period of time in the future development goal.In terms of analysistools, mainly use the PEST analysis, SWOT analysis; On the strategic design,focusing on the use of five models, In strategic implementation and safeguardmeasures, I use many concept or methods for the the improvement of manufacturingoperations,such as research and development of modular design, pull productionmanagement, etc.Main chapters are arranged as following: chapter1firstly prompt the research ofbackground and significance, then introduce somes of the basic concepts involved inand analysis tools, focusing on five models, concepts such as swot analysis, pestanalysis, value chain analysis method.
