Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s banking industry has achieved a new leap forward development.The banking industry focuses on serving the development of the real economy and helping to stabilize the macroeconomic market.In the meantime,we should also pay attention to the growth of the market,the number of banking organizations has increased,and the competitive pressure has become more and more.The enterprise attribute of commercial banks is to improve profitability and maximize profits.Performance evaluation is one of the most effective ways of Performance management.Scientific and effective Performance evaluation can help commercial banks achieve their strategic goals better and faster.Therefore,to design a scientific and efficient performance evaluation system can help them to enhance their performance management capabilities,so as to continuously enhance their core competitiveness.Through the above discussion,this paper will analyze the performance evaluation system of Y commercial bank from the perspective of commercial bank,and then verify the necessity and feasibility of introducing BSC.Based on the above analysis,this paper adopts the balanced scorecard method to optimize the performance evaluation system of Y Commercial Bank from four levels of finance,customer,internal operation and learning and growth.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the significance of establishing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for the long-term healthy development of enterprises,and to provide reference for Y commercial bank and other similar commercial banks. |
