The Feasibility Study Of Industrial Precision Poverty Alleviation And Relocation Project

The poverty problem is the problem that the whole world faces,our country also exists generally."13th Five-Year" period is the decisive stage of building comprehensive well-off society.To win the fight against poverty,our country’s goal is leading all the poor areas and poor people into a comprehensive well-off society together with the people of the whole country by 2020.According to the requirements of supporting poverty precisely and getting out of poverty by industry,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council decided to solve the problem of poverty alleviation fundamentally in the area where the locals can’t feed themselves.To supporting poverty in different places is only a means,getting out of is the real purpose.Supporting poverty by industry is an important way out of poverty,which is the fundamental measure to completely solve local poverty.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the development of poverty alleviation on the basis of the implementation of relocation project.In this paper,according to the relevant principles of industrial economics and poverty economics,combined normative analysis and empirical analysis,general analysis and case analysis,a study on the project of relocation of poverty alleviation is implemented based on industrial development in Huanxi town,Chaling county,Hunan province.First of all,according to the collection and finishing of previous relocation of poverty alleviation data,the article summed up a number of industrial poverty alleviation theory.Then,on the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of relocating poverty alleviation project in Huanxi town,Chaling county,the problem of poverty alleviation by industry is analyzed deeply in Huanxi town,Chaling county.The town is located in the Huanxi Luo Xiao mountain area,remote location,traffic inconvenience,the Huanxi Zhen mountain area has 182 thousand acres,81 thousand acres of hilly area,land area of 48 thousand acres,the main industry still have to rely on agricultural industry.So according to the previous poor industry experience,this paper studies the industrial development mainly from the current agricultural industry development and future arrangement of Huanxi Zhen industrial development ideas in two aspects,simple analysis and possible social,ecological and economic benefits.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward for the further industrialization of the poverty alleviation work.I hope the research of this paper will have some reference for the similar projects in the future.
