A Study On The Employee Motivation Of Bank Of Xingtai

With the fierce competition,the talent resources have become a decisive factor for many banks.To improve the enterprises competition,it is necessary to manage and train employees,by which the efficient and competitive elite team can be established.How to motivate employees effectively as well as to increase their enthusiasm,initiative and loyalty is the key point for the Bank of Xingtai with the background of more and more opening and competitive financial market.This paper will analyze the employees motivation systematically,regarding the Bank of Xingtai as an example.At first,this paper will analyze the current employees motivation in the Bank of Xingtai by various survey methods(such as questionnaire,interview and on-the-spot investigation)on the basis of motivation theory.The employees' satisfaction for the current motivation such as payment,welfare,training and career development will be involved in later depth-research.At last,the related solutions including to pay more attention to communication between the manager and employee,to perfect the payment structure and training system,to improve performance management as well as to optimize spirit encouragement have been put forward according to the above analysis and thinking.
