Basis on the detailed analysis of the existing literature,this article refined the dimension for the social capital,and built a theory model suitable for analysis the enterprise social capital and transformation influence on tourism enterprises performances.This research framework is composed of the independent variable(enterprise social capital),intermediary variable(enterprise transformation ability)and results variable(tourism corporation performance).Through the survey of 6 tourism industry companies in Chang De city Hunan province,this article try to understand the transformation ability of tourism enterprises,and explore the path about the social capital into the performance of tourism enterprises and the ability to conversion.Using SPSS19.0 to 275 valid questionnaires data,the main analysis conclusions are as follows:(1)there is obvious positive correlation between the corporate social capital and tourism enterprise performance,and a linear regression model can be set up;(2)there is relationship between social capital and enterprise transformation ability;(3)there is a clear relationship between “the profits of the company is higher than the main competitor” in the tourism performance and “analyzing correctly the influence degree of the external environment to enterprise management”,and a model can be set up;(4)The relationship between corporate social capital and the performance of tourism enterprises plays a part of intermediary role.These conclusions provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the enterprises to improve their transformation ability,and a theoretical support for the tourism corporation to guide the enterprise transformation and achieve from social capital to enterprise performance.
