Since 90s of 20th century, with the development of digital technology and WWW, all kinds of companies and other social identity are building very close relation. Under such a new era of economy, service-directed company put more attention on bilateral and multilateral relation. Taking corporation relation as a subject, the paper is written to explore the potential mechanism how corporation relation capital affects corporation economic performance. The study would provide some basic knowledge for relation capital and practical knowledge for business management.To finish the study, past theory review, case analysis and questionnaire were used to collect first-hand data. SPSS and AMOS, two main data analysis software, were used as a tool to deal with data for empirical study.General contents of the dissertation:1. Introduction of research context of relation capital, study contents, research aim and practical and theoretical meaning.2.Literature review of social capital, corporation relation capital, relation of corporation social capital and corporation relation capital, and how corporation relation capital affects corporation performance.3.One theory model was built, which was defined as follows: through cost and differentiation as two intermediate factors, how corporation relation affects corporation performance.4.Assumptions were made. How customer relation, supplier relation, relation with university and other research centers, and relation with other stakeholders affect cost and differentiation. How cost and differentiate affect economic and growth performance.5.Empirical analysis. The paper uses SPSS and AMOS to analyze defined structural equation model.6.Discussions of analysis result and deep definition of practical and theoretical meaning of the study. As last, shortcomings and future research were put forward. The conclusion of the paper is as follows: there are four factors of corporationrelation capital as customer relation, supplier relation, relation with university and other research centers, and relation with other stakeholders. Companies hold much better relation with customer, suppliers, university and other research centers, and other stakeholders, which would decrease cost and build competitive advantage to achieve outstanding economic and growth performance.
