Petroleum product is the most tactic and significant resource,which is closely related to steady and rapid development of national economy and people's livelihood.In recent years,the economic globalization is speeding up,as well the opening up of the domestic market of petroleum product,Chinese petroleum sales companies are facing an intense market competition and the pressure from the internal structural reform.Therefore,improving the core competitiveness becomes the main target for chinses petroleum sales companies.This article puts forward the suggestions for YS petroleum Co.LTD to improve the operation pattern of gas station by the means of analyzing the domestic and overseas' operation pattern of gas station,policy of management of petroleum in Shanxi,environment of petroleum market in Shanxi and the current operation pattern of YS's gas stations.This article takes operation pattern of YS' gas stations as the main object of research,and on the basis of YS's current petroleum sales market policy,market environment,analysis of competitors and the current situation of inner management,via analytical method like SWOT,combining the writer's work experience in petroleum industry,after mass surveys,researches and consulting,this article tries to analyze the external/internal environment and the operation pattern in order to bring on better suggestions on operation pattern of gas station.This article belongs to application research.The meaning of this research is that find out how to improve the business performance of YS in Shanxi special petroleum market,improve the customers' ' delivered value and carry out diversified operation ways.And on basis of analysis of practical work,proposing the operation pattern of bringing in self-support,supplier and franchise.Meanwhile,this article has put forward specific proposals on gas station diversification operation,bringing in cross-sector partnership,promoting self-refueling and non-petroleum products sale,has break the existing business model of the traditional gas stations,improving company's business performance and customors' delivered value,increasing the core competitiveness,achieving the aim to save the cost and increase the efficiency of single gas station,to meet the demand of the compound type of gas station in “Internet+” and “big data” background,realizing the sustainable development of the company.
