Electricity, as one of the cleanest power, could transfer primary energy, renewable energy and nuclear energy into usable secondary energy in the form of electricity. Electricity is playing a more and more important role in the aspects of machinery manufacturing industry, national economy and people ' s daily usage. Our electric power industry has renovated itself from the earlier perfect monopolistic market to the current fair competition market. 2017 is the second year of the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social development of China. Under the pressure of electric renovation and environmental policy, large thermal electric listed corporations are all encountering new challenges and seeking various approaches to improve themselves.The article chooses Shenyang Jinshan Co,Ltd as the subject to study and analyses its potential financial risks. During the process of regular management, certain inherent weaknesses exist,such as the shortage of capital funding,recovery of accounts,unawareness of potential risk and lack of effective methods towards emergency. These problems could have resulted from either internal management or external factors such as policy reform or new regulation. So this article uses the Ratio analysis method. By analyzing the characters of Jinshan Co,Ltd as a large state-owned enterprises, the article calculates the debt-paying ability, development ability, operation capacity and profitability to analysis the financial risk of Jinshan. Finally, according to the empirical results calculated above, the article put forward corresponding suggestions.Therefore, financial risk evaluations are very essential to large state-owned enterprises such as Shenyang Jinshan Co,Ltd's risk control and management.
