Research On Financial Risk Evaluation And Control Of BND Company Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In recent years,the development of my country’s market economy has been slowing down,and the economic vitality has been declining.This requires us to speed up the study of financial risk assessment and control.Financial risk is an important part of enterprise financial management,which runs through all aspects of enterprise production and operation.Therefore,only by thoroughly analyzing financial risks and conducting accurate financial risk evaluations,can effective financial risk control measures be taken to solve the financial crisis of the enterprise,so as not to affect the normal production and operation of the enterprise.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to develop for a long time,it is necessary to fully understand its own financial situation and conduct an accurate analysis based on the actual situation of the enterprise.If there is a financial risk,it must evaluate its causes and extent,and then formulate corresponding countermeasures..After reading a large number of references and fully grasping the relevant financial data,this paper selects BND Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and conducts financial risk evaluation research on it.And select the financial data of 2018-2020,from the four perspectives of financing risk,investment risk,operation risk and income distribution risk,according to the financial risk existing in the enterprise itself,select reasonable financial indicators,and use AHP to determine each indicator According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the financial risk evaluation model of BND Technology Co.,Ltd.is constructed,and detailed analysis and research are carried out according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis results of the company.It is concluded that in2018-2020,except the income distribution risk of BND Technology Co.,Ltd.,which is in the medium risk range,the other three are at a safe level,and the situation is improving day by day.However,there are still some data that are low.For example,the operating profit margin was lower than the industry average in 2018,rose sharply in 2019,and fell back to the industry average in 2020.Although the total asset turnover rate is slightly higher than the industry average in a certain period of time,it is not obvious.It can be seen that its operating capacity still needs to be further improved.Through the research,it is concluded that the project has certain financial risks,and the reasons for its financial risks are found out,and scientific and reasonable solutions are put forward,for example,in terms of financing,it is necessary to build a sound financial supervision system,introduce a combination of business and financial management to reduce business risks,optimize the financial risk evaluation and early warning mechanism and index evaluation system,and optimize the company’s capital structure;Management of financial indicators,strengthening the training of financial personnel,and applying a sound financial risk evaluation system;in terms of operation,make targeted budget decisions in the early stage,strengthen the control of financial costs and expenses,and strengthen cooperation between enterprises and customers;income distribution On the one hand,strengthening the understanding of profit distribution and strengthening cash flow control,we hope to provide a certain reference for the financial risk evaluation of my country’s agricultural and sideline food processing industry.
