Peanut as an important resource of oil in our daily life and production.With the continuously increase of world population and the improvement of nutritional value,the demand of global vegetable oil will be more and more,it is not only a huge potential market but also a challenge.China has both competitive advantages of quantity and price,which is one of the few large agricultural products with international competitiveness.Therefore,the development of peanut production can not only increase exports,but also reduce the dependence on foreign oil imports and conducive to promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure and the increase of farmers' income,and has very important practical significance to development of peanut production.Shandong peanut planting widely,the province's 17 cities have peanut cultivation,planting area,the total production of high,over the years,the total production of peanut has been ranked first in the country,is China's largest producer of peanuts.is a warm temperate monsoon climate,adequate light,mild climate,four seasons,rainfall concentration,good natural conditions,suitable for high-quality peanut growth.Therefore,the production of peanut quality,good taste,is internationally recognized as one of the world's high-quality peanut production area.Shandong peanut export industry has some advantages but also has many problems,in this paper,we study the peanut export's references at home and abroad.Compare and analyze the peanut exports money and price of 2006-2015 year,choose the Peanut production,peanut export,peanut export price,agricultural machinery total power,fertilizer application,public budget revenue,exchange rate as sample data,use SPSS make a econometric analyze.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of peanut exports,find out the problems of peanut exports: peanut industry problems,export industry foundation is weak,lack of government support and so on,which seriously hindered the long-term developments of peanut industry in Shandong,need to pay our enough attention and find the appropriate measurements and methods.Based on the previous chapters,we proposes a specific solution for the development of agricultural production,increasing the production of peanuts and expanding exports.Increasing supports and subsidies;Using the scientific technology to help the export industry foundation,and then gradually increase the competitive advantages,Shandong export peanut flux with the aid of peanut exports drive the rise of export trade,to promote the overall growth of the national economy of Shandong province.From the perspective of one province,this paper studies the peanut exports,to help relevant government departments more accurate and more in-depth understanding of the peanut production and export situation of the province,to develop effective export management policies and regulations,and help Shandong peanut export enterprises to grasp the market circumstances and to meet the market demand,adjust the production and exports,in order to produce marketable peanut export productions.
