Catering chain industry made remarkable development as an industry which is closely linked with the residents. As a kind of modern business organization, it has strong vitality and broad prospects for development. The key to realize catering chain-like management scale benefit is the operating efficiency of supply chain management level. With the development of information technology, many Catering chain enterprises began to the supply chain management information. But our catering chain enterprises still has a long way to go based on the information of the SCM. This paper focus on supply chain management of catering chain enterprise and see the information as the carrier. This paper study the main problems in the current Catering chain enterprise SCM and grope for solution of catering chain enterprise SCM based on information.This paper first studies the relevant literature to grasp the connotation of supply chain and realize the status of supply chain management and information technology research at home and abroad. Then on this basis, the paper analyzes the SCM problems of Catering Chain Enterprise, and explores the necessity and feasibility of information through the benchmarking method. The paper takes the barcode technology, radio frequency identification technology, electronic data interchange technology as the foundation, and combining the POS system, ERP systems and electronic ordering system. And the paper builds the overall architecture of supply chain management of Catering Chain Enterprise. The overall structure of catering chain enterprise SCM contains:1) stores system and its function modules based on customer management; 2) procurement system and its function modules based on supplier management; 3) logistics system and its function modules based on distribution transport; 4) operation decision-making system and its function modules based on ERP. Combined with the background of the enterprise and organizational structure, the paper analyzes the problem of enterprise supply chain management.
