Research On Auto-parts Logistics Operation Mode Based On The Perspective Of Ecosystem

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,China's auto industry ushered in the golden age.Attract a large number of international automobile manufacturers,so that the survival environment of China's automobile enterprises is more and more severe.As an important participant in automobile supply chain logistics,the performance of auto-parts enterprises determines the whole performance of the whole logistics system.Auto-parts logistics is an important part of automobile supply chain.Due to the late start of logistics in our country,the development is slow,and in the development of the blind pursuit of the "big and small,and the whole" development,there are many problems in the logistics activities of auto-parts enterprises.In recent years,the theory of ecosystem has been applied by experts and scholars to enterprise management.The concept of ecological including environmental protection,advocate green,scientific and sustainable development fit with the needs of the auto enterprises resource conservation,healthy growth and sustainable development perspective agree.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the logistics operation mode of auto parts enterprises from the perspective of ecosystem,Through the scientific selection of ecological logistics operation mode,improve the development of spare parts enterprises,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China's automobile industry.This paper relates to the ecological logistics,including not only the connotation of green logistics,is a more than the logistics operation mode of green logistics system;not only includes resource saving and environment friendly concept,more emphasis on this object,the formation of the linkage mechanism of each link in the logistics system of mutual cooperation,effectively integrate all kinds of resources and among the various enterprises.On the basis of a large number of literature,this paper discusses the domestic and international ecological theory and the operation mode of automobile logistics.First of all,this paper puts forward the innovation of the research,and introduces the value and practical significance of the research content;Secondly,introduce the ecological theory and the theory of logistics,and analyzed the ecology of the logistics system of automobile enterprises and its ecological,then focused to encounter automobile parts enterprises logistics ecological problems in the implementation process,to build ecological logistics system of automobile enterprise operation model of science;Finally,the introduction of auto parts manufacturing enterprises W company,proves the feasibility and scientificity of the evaluation model of logistics operation mode of spare parts enterprises.
