Employee satisfaction(ES) has a direct connection with work efficiency,customer feeling and profit,it is the first step of employee management and motivation and also the start point of other related research.From the establishment of the first club in Beijing,Hosa fitness club is growing very fast and became a representative of new power in Beijing fitness industry.There is a competition between Hosa and other powerful clubs.This thesis combines the ES and motivation theory with the actuality of Beijing fitness industry.By using literature summarization,field survey,questionnaire survey and some other methodologies,a research on the ES of Hosa was made to reflect its current ES situation,aiming at finding the questions and roots that exist in Hosa motivation system and carrying out countermeasures.The final aim is to promote the whole fitness industry in Beijing.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,ES is vital to all enterprises,including Fitness clubs,which are part of service enterprises.The following research on the motivation system is very significant as well.Secondly,the current ES index in Hosa is a little higher then the average level.There also exist some questions that need to be solved.Finally,the motivation system in Hosa mainly depends on material encouragement.Hosa could improve its motivation system by the following approaches:perfecting the compensation motivation system,enhancing the training of employees and directors,building justified promotion system, intensifying team work and so on.
