At present,the Chinese economy is in a period of rapid development,which has had a great impact on the traditional Chinese social structure.The change of social economic systerm transformation,let us more and more rich in material life,but in the spirit,psychological feelings more and more unhappy,more and more people are feeling of satisfaction,happiness,after less than material life improve,more and more people appear depressive symptoms.In many companies,corporate managers and rank-and-file workers are not very emotional,and the body is in sub-health,and mental health is more worrying.The biggest reason for this is the pressure from work and the workplace,which leads to a lack of happiness.In enterprise development management,Employee Assistance plan(Employee Assistance Program,EAP)can guide the psychological problems of the management staff in time,relationship disorder problem in the process of communication,etc.,and provide solution according to different personnel specific situation,reduce the risk for these problems,improve enterprise management efficiency,achieve win-win enterprise and Employee.Since the second half of 2013,Heilongjiang X insurance company,Has been using the questionnaire to understand the psychological state of the staff.Through the analysis of company employees psychological pressure is larger,the union proposal with external professional psychological consulting firm cooperation,the introduction of EAP project,targeted to solve the problem facing the company is now,and to actively prevent possible problems in the future.This paper discusses the present domestic insurance enterprise employee pressure on the status,and from the management needs of enterprise development as well as the personal mental health needs two perspective,system description EAP project to carry out the important significance and implementation of specific processes.X insurance company in Heilongjiang EAP project to promote the process of basic data,information,strategies of project cases,on the basis of describing the EAP project plan to promote and implement feedback situation and the deficiency existing in the process of,and put forward countermeasure and safeguard measures according to the deficiency.Through different types of data index,prove EAP can be used for all kinds of enterprise human resources management of a new development train of thought,can al eviate greatly release the pressure of staff,staff the anxiety,improve the staff's loyalty,enhance team's cohesion and centripetal force,improve the level of enterprise staff,improve staff's work performance,improve enterprise management,make enterprise management more easily,can provide the basis for EAP promotion from all walks of life and using for reference.
