Research On Innovative Application Of Long-term Care Insurance Informatization Under The Background Of Big Data

Long-term care insurance has been implemented in pilot cities in China for two years and its scope is gradually expanding.At the present stage,with the increasing number of insured persons,institutions and service demand in China,it is particularly urgent to realize the efficient operation of long-term care insurance mechanism under the background of the emergence of a large number of data.With the rapid development of informationization in China,the first batch of pilot cities of long-term care insurance have been carrying out informationization construction of long-term care insurance in combination with local conditions,and have made bold innovations and practices in application,evaluation,care implementation and settlement,and big data management.Based on the big data as the research background,this paper design long-term nursing insurance information construction plan,integrates the ideas and methods of long-term care insurance informationization management in different places,and analyses the current situation of long-term care insurance informationization management.Through data collection and comparative analysis,this paper finds out the problems in information management of long-term care insurance in China at present and the impact of big data on information management of long-term care insurance.At the same time,referring to the practical experience of foreign large data management applications,it is proposed that the long-term care insurance under the background of large data can be innovated in the application of information management in the future from the aspects of insurance governance,data platform construction and information sharing.
