According to the literature and archaeological discoveries,China's wine and drinking can be traced back to four or five thousand years ago.Bashu has a long history of wine culture,Sanxingdui site and the Jinsha site unearthed a large number of wine appliance in the pre-Qin period.And Shu said that "wine is the Li" in Warring States.In the period of the Han Dynasty,the rulers ended the long war and disputes,and practiced the policy of recuperation which made the country to stability and development,there has been appeared the "Administration of Wenjing" in the flourishing situation.In the Han Dynasty,China has entered a long-term stable development period,which for the further development of the wine industry is undoubtedly a good opportunity.There was a story that "Wenjun sells wine",and "take wine and ask word" to Yang Xiong.These are reflected the prosperity of Bashu's wine culture,till the Tang and Song Dynasties,Bashu's wine culture was showed a strong vitality and appealing.As Zhangzai said: "things will not back when they're gone,living alone seems old but new,by the ups and downs without failure,experience hundreds of generations and become the delicacy." In the Han Dynasty,whether the technology of producing wine or the wine container,or the business model of wine and the government's management of wine was going to a big change than before.At this time,the area which constituted by Ba and Shu have experienced the development of Qin Dynasty,and the "self-cultivation" policy of Han Dynasty.And the wine industry at Bashu has also been further development.And laid the foundation for the later Bashu's wine drift floating.On the basis of the historical materials and archaeological materials,especially the historical relic of wine and the brick of the Han Dynasty in Sichuan province,this paper tries to make a scientific argument on the development of the wine industry in the Bashu area of the Han Dynasty.Then we can get more clear understanding of the development in Bashu's wine industry and the reasons of "Bashu always produced good wine".This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter describes the origin of the Bashu wine industry through the original legend of wine and some sporadic historical data before the Han Dynasty.The second chapter tells the production and sale of Bashu wine industry.This part of the contents include the category of Bashu wine,the market of Bashu wine,the production and business model of Bashu wine and the customer groups,and the political prohibition which on the impact of wine.The third chapter deals with the unique wine culture in the Bashu area.Including wine and ceremony,wine and festivals,and reflect the effect of wine in a feast,the common between the Bashu's wine culture and the Central Plains wine culture.And analysis the features in Bashu's wine culture.As the Sichuan Basin is located in the southwest,the ethnic minorities are mixed,and their cultural characteristics are preserved.However,the people of the Central Plains in the Han Dynasty continued to entered Bashu and their cultural exchanged.Therefore,their wine culture had many common place with the Central Plains wine culture.The last chapter is the analysis of the reasons why "Bashu always produced good wine",and analyze it from the Bashu natural environment,economic conditions and technology.
