With the development of the wine market, upgraded of consumption structure, increasing in disposable income of consumers, Value of wine as a health drink is widely recognized. China is in the macroeconomic slowdown, Brand, quality became a major factor in wine consumption。As consumers of wine raise awareness and preferences, Wine scale of demand is gradually increasing.In this paper, For the study, we choose W Fine Wines, combine wine industry status, use marketing theory4p, Respectively, in the product mix, price management, Channel development, advertising and other aspects to research W Fine Wine’s Marketing Management. We also use SWOT and other knowledge to analyse W Fine Wine’s marketing strategy. This paper summarizes the success of W Fine Wine’s Ltd and areas for improvement. And for the related issues put forward their own proposals.
