Sino-French Joint-Venture Dynasty Winery Ltd. was found as the 2nd of China and the 1st of Tianjin Sino-Foreign joint-venture company after 1979 when the China economic revolution beginning. Its products of dry wine supplied a gap of China and be treated to the foreign guest on Chinese State Banquet. Dynasty wine won many gold medals on international wine competition and Dynasty Company became the first brand of Chinese wine.On middle of decade 90 in twenty centuries, Chinese economy had been stronger and the people paid more attention to their health that brought on a dry red wine upsurge in China even in Asia. There were more and more winery had been established in that time. After ten year's today, there are over 500 wineries including Dynasty, Zhangyu and Great Wall these three biggest wineries among of them in China.After China jointed WTO organization, the Chinese tariff of imported wine dropped to 10% from 65% before. In the mean time, the Chinese wine market has been increasing over 20% every year that against the international wine market of drop down every year. That made more and more foreign wine dealer came to Chinese market.I make this paper that try to find the Development Strategy of Dynasty Company based on the conclusion of EFE, IFE and QSPM etc. management analysis tools, that will help Dynasty company to hold the opportunity, to avoid the market risk and will become bigger and stronger in China wine industry.Some suggestions of this paper had been used to discuss in every department of Dynasty Company for Dynasty's future. I hope that these suggestions can give a useful help to Dynasty and also can be enlighten to other Chinese wine or spirit company.
