At present,China has a lot of wine market development space.With the domestic and imported wine tariffs dropped and mature consumers,it will have more foreign wine enterprises into the china's market.Inner Mongolia Hansen industry group Co.,LTD.is a comprehensive enterprise in wine processing.It has no awareness in the brand effect obvious wine market because the company was founded in a relatively short time,Due to the lack of specific wine market competition strategy,the company causes the lack of guidance and working with low market share.The author tries to study the market competition strategy of the grape wine company so that lead the company making full use of their own advantages,seize the opportunity,avoid the risk of competition,improve operation condition.This article is on the qualitative and quantitative research system of enterprise's development strategy through fully using the modern strategic management theory and the analysis of the company internal and external environment.The external environment of industry are analyzed in detail through the use of PEST models and the industry structure model porter;Through using Enterprise internal and external factors analysis(EFE)matrix IFE,It can evaluate the enterprises facing opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of internal and external factors etc;Using SWOT analysis approach is used to find out the alternative strategic scheme for the company.The final method adopted is strategic position and action appraisement matrix(it).At1 the same time,this article expounded the enterprise medium-term and long-term strategic objectives.This article also puts forward the strategic plan of Suggestions and implementing measures.
