Performance Evaluation Of Entrepreneurship Incubation Center In B City From The Perspective Of Entrepreneur Guarantee Loan

With the concept "public entrepreneurship innovation" put forwarded,entrepreneurship has been pushed to a new height.In this context,the employment of special funds,including business loans and other loans,the number and the quality of business incubators all have developed rapidly,bringing a wealth of social and economic benefits.But for the performance of hatching performance evaluation has been relatively scarce.This paper takes the entrepreneurial incubation center of B City as the research object,creatively establishes the performance evaluation index system,and analyzes the empirical evaluation of the enterprise.First of all,this paper summarizes the basic theory and current situation of the entrepreneurial incubation center in B City,and clarifies the problems.Then we introduce the concepts and the methods of performance evaluation.Secondly,through the access to relevant literature,the enterprise performance evaluation index system of B City Incubation Center is established from three aspects: input,process and output.In this paper,we use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and combine the judgments derived from the guidance group of the entrepreneurial experts to determine the weight of the index system.For the quantitative index,we use the effective coefficient method to determine the evaluation interval by referring to the "enterprise performance evaluation standard value"(2016).Again,in order to verify the actual effect of the index system,we choose two companies to perform performance evaluation,calculate the index score and the total score.Finally,we analyze the results of performance evaluation and put forward the suggestions according to the analysis of different indicators.The results of this study will improve the management efficiency of the entrepreneurial incubation center in B City,regulate the use of special funds,and provide important reference for relevant policies.
