Through the review of the Balanced Score Card theory, the thesis establishes the performance evaluation system of the technology business incubator G.ON the basis of the relevant research of incubator performance literature, the author analyzes the current situation and problems of the performance evaluation of technology business incubator GAiming at an existent problem of the technology business incubator G’s performance evaluation, the author proposes to introduce the Balanced Score Card into technology business incubator G, set up a set of reasonable and valid valuation index system to evaluate the technology business incubator G’s performance, and it is no doubt beneficial to improve the quality ameliorate the method of the technology business incubator G’s performance evaluation.Guided by theory of performance management, this thesis mainly takes an approach combining theoretical and empirical analysis, quantitative analysis model and qualitative analysis model, gives a systematic and profound research on technology business incubator G’s performance evaluation system.
