Performance Evaluation Research On Entrepreneurial Service System Of Technology Business Incubator-Based On Incubating Enterprises Needs

This paper dedicates to the performance evaluation research on entrepreneurial service system of technology business incubator, first introduces the origin and development of incubator, defines incubator and technology business incubator concepts, and then clears the special points and classification of technology business incubator, function and role. Through literature review, summarizes the theoretical basis (scale economies theory, the advantage theory, the division of labor theory, core source theory, the company room expansion theory, the corporate life cycle theory) of the technology business incubator, also the induction of foreign and domestic researches on technology business incubator. Then analyzes the content of characteristics, mechanism of action and the main content of entrepreneurial service system, introduces the elements (service master body, service object, service ways and means) of entrepreneurial service system, the contents of technology business incubator in different stages are compared. In practice part, summarizes the advanced experiences and practices of entrepreneurial service system at home and abroad.The performance evaluation research on entrepreneurial service system of this paper has a newer perspective, that is from the incubated enterprises needs. After analyzing the characteristics and service needs of incubated enterprises, describes the development current status and mail problems of entrepreneurial service system. To establish entrepreneurial service system, this paper first designs questionnaire taking into consideration of the needs and problems of incubating enterprises. Then surveys incubating enterprises, the survey contents focus on entrepreneurial service system of technology business incubator, and the main consideration is the core business incubation services in demand. According to survey data obtained from questionnaires, this paper uses AHP to evaluate performance of the model of entrepreneurial service system constructed by three categories and fifteen service contents, obtained service gap.Finally, are the refining conclusions. The service gap is where technology business incubators can improve their services, to give proposals that offer innovative design inspiration, and to improve the entrepreneurial service system and give reference to technology business incubators in the work of entrepreneurial service system.
