Research On The Career Management Of The Staff Of Aba Tobacco Company

In the economic development of our country,tax from the tobacco industry plays an important role.With the development of the socialist market,labor market allocation mechanism is established gradually.The flow of talent comes to be more and more frequent and efficient.In nowadays,human resource management becomes diversified and integrated,career management will play a significant effect.Precisely based on this,this thesis studies in Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous tobacco companies,for the human resources management under the background of China's tobacco industry,especially the research of employee career management,providing theoretical and empirical basis for the tobacco industry to realize its effective management and innovation,inspired ideas.Research of this paper is divided into three modules.Firstly,Asking questions,leading to the argument that the paper discussed,which put forward the empirical hypothesis on the basis of.Then refining the current scientific theory of career management of human resources.Secondly,analyzing of current situation,using several methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation method.Thirdly,summarize the problems,and come up with corresponding countermeasures,demonstrates the applicability,providing improvement opinions and measures for its implementation.The blue print based on the present situation and the existing problems of aba tobacco company,using SWOT macro analysis method to discuss such ethnic minority areas staff career management of a state-owned enterprises,Supervising the targets with PDCA,looking forward to provide the reality basis and reference,especially to the career design for a further study.This article focus on the career design of human resources,which reflect the core target of the human resource management "view",it is also referred to the main line and the central idea of this article.
