| The agricultural insurance plays an important role in dispersion of agricultural business risks and keeping sustainable agricultural development.Current agricultural insurance management system needs a mass of business personnel’s site investigation,and leads to large amount of work due to the lack of supporting by GIS technology.Meanwhile,the system cannot evaluate the accuracy of the actual area of users’ insurance.The thesis developed the agricultural insurance service system,in the basis of the analysis of actual demands in agricultural insurance business and the using of the platform ECNUGIS,all developed by spatial Web laboratory of ECNU.The system combined GIS technology with agricultural insurance,and applied it into the service links like accepting insurance and claim settlement.Not only could it improve the work efficiency of insurance business further,but it also could check the actual area of users’ insurance effectively.The major contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Analyzed the shortcomings existing in current agricultural insurance system,and proposed optimization programs of agricultural insurance business based on GIS.(2)Studied and designed the technical framework,data organization and core technology of agricultural insurance system including Web modularization,spatial geographical coding and land block segmentation,and analyzed implementation cases of some specific functions.(3)Developed and built the GIS prototype system agricultural insurance,and achieved the connection to current insurance management information system.It implemented many service functions including the information collection of insured land block,insurance accepting tasks building,editing and equerry of insurance policies tasks.The research results of the system have been piloted in relevant counties and districts of Shanghai,which reduced work cost of insurance industry significantly,improved work efficiency and made agricultural insurance management more scientific and sensitive. |
