The Design Of The Benchmark Land Price Release And Management Information System Based On WebGIS

In the 21 st century,the era of informatization, industrialization and intelligentialize, the land market have became the beneficiaries of emerging new technologies. From the immature to standardization, intelligentialize, which have given a hand to the basic work of the land industry.Among them, From the previous manual work to today’s intelligent information work mode,the basic land work of the benchmark land price information management have greatly improved the work efficiency and expanded the sharing information along with the intervention of geographic information system(GIS) the sunrise industry and the advent of the era of Web2.0.The Benchmark Land Price Release and Management Information System that contains five modules like browsing maps function,land data management funtion,land data query function, data statistical analysis and system integrated management is designed by the benchmark land price on the premise of the production data, management and application direction, based on JavaScript, Java Web technology and ArcGIS for Server technology as the core, using WebGIS system design, the MVC development mode, B/S(Browser/Server) multi-tier architecture model.In addition to this, Based on JavaScript and WebGIS technology implemented across multiple browser compatibility greatly reduces the pressure on the server at the same time, JQueryUI enhanced the interaction with the user experience design, open source server and database to enhance the system efficiency and reduce the cost of development, the design provides effective management for the benchmark land price data and applications a good platform for relevant departments.Finally,testing the relevant functions modules by using 2015 Yan ’an BaoTa District benchmark land price database as the data source. Test results proved that system function complete, has high practicability, apply to personnel operation, and has a friendly interface interaction, such as AJAX and open source PostgreSQL database both improve the efficiency of the system application, also shows that the system works on the standard land price with help and reference.
