As the most active technology innovation group,small and medium sized high-tech enterprises,is the key supported enterprises group under the policy of China's innovation driven development strategy.In the fierce market competition today,this kind of enterprise whether can identify opportunities,seize the opportunity for development are crucial to the enterprise.It has important theoretical significance and practical significance what the research of the factors about market opportunity identification of small and medium sized high-tech enterprises.Based on the process of market opportunity recognition,this paper constructs the model of influencing factors from the perspective of enterprise,evaluates the importance of influencing factors by expert scoring method,uses Super Decisions software and Dempster / Shafter to sort the influencing factors,Identify the main influencing factors.This paper first explains the importance of the recognition of market opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises in the market competition.Combining with the present situation and actual situation of the research on the relevant theories of small and medium-sized enterprises and market opportunities,this paper determines the research direction and research content of the article.Secondly,it defines the definition of the small and medium sized high-tech enterprises and the recognition of the market opportunity,summarizes the characteristics of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the characteristics of the market opportunity recognition.Then analyzes the influencing factors of the opportunity recognition ability of the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in science and technology,and constructs the model: Influencing Factors Model of Enterprise Market Opportunity Recognition Ability.Then,the basic principles of AHP and Evidence Theory are introduced,and the feasibility of the application is introduced.This paper analyzes and investigates the opportunity recognition ability of the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Kunming,Yunnan Province,and finds out the problem of the opportunity recognition of the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Kunming.Then,three experts were invited to evaluate the relative importance of each factor under the model of opportunity recognition ability of small andmedium sized high-tech enterprises in Kunming,and use Super Decisions software to calculate the influence and the use of Dempster / Shafter evidence theory to combine the results of the three experts to judge the three experts as evidence to find out the main influencing factors.Combined with the the existing problems of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Kunming to make recommendations.
