In developed countries, especially the DAC members,not only has a mature system on aid, and with rigorous statistical way, the available data more comprehensive, more convincing results. Therefore, this article will give priority to with the data provided by the DAC, first of all, from the perspective of the aid with the international trade import and export, on the whole study of the causal relationship between them; Followed by answer on aid to existing in China's internal problem, we will further introduce the aid both countries economy, geography,political system and control variables, using multiple regression model, makes every effort to make aid and trade relations between quantitative, accurate, on the basis of based on the regression results specify more clear direction for China's foreign aid, to answer whether it should be put on the government foreign aid,to which countries or regions.In this paper, the study aims to explore the aid-giving country and the relationship between the recipient government aid and trade, so during the process of writing is bound to include the following aspects: first, summarize the research achievements of predecessors, see in the study of aid and trade between what they are using the data, use what method, there are many places worthy of learning and aspects of the inadequacies of the existing research of; Secondly, in the method and the data was determined, the first step we need to do is to get all the assistance and bilateral trade data, this paper through the granger causality test, see in the world if there is a causal relationship between trade and aid; In determining the trade relationship between trade and aid, we further adopt panel regression, simply look at the number of relationship between global aid and trade, In order to more clearly the role of aid for trade is affected by other factors, we, in turn, add the per capita GDP,relative distance, regime, openness to trade, such as geographical location, see if aid for trade will varies from area to area, for regimes or the difference between the degree of trade openness.
