Along with the increase of the aged,many problems exist in senior citizen's welfare institutes.Under the background of rapid development of the Internet era,the introduction of "Internet +",promoting the depth of Internet and pension service integration,was not only the important measures for cracking pension reform,and played a important role in the field of welfare people.The study adopted case analysis approach,summarized the development of the history between the informatization construction and "Internet+endowment"intelligent construction in S rest home,by means of describing microscopic situation in S institution.The development of information construction in S pension institution,can be roughly divided into the earlier stage preparation,initial formation and test preliminary feedback three phases since 2011.S was discussed in the main content of the "Internet + endowment" service "Internet + daily care","Internet + medical rehabilitation","Internet + payment","Internet + spiritual culture" four aspects.It was founded that the existing problems and restricting factors of the development of"Internet + pension" service in S pension institution.Endowment institutions were faced with the capital and talent gap,as well as the limitations of the elderly to accept ability to bring a slow development of "Internet + endowment" service;In terms of service environment,on the one hand the absence of the "Internet +" hardware facilities became the most serious shortcoming on the process of exploring "Internet +endowment service.On the other hand,the lack of communication platform between the old industry was difficult to break the endowment industry long-term formation of the institution of technical barriers.In terms of the policy environment,the lack of S city policy making "Internet + endowment" service was slow,mainly embodied in the concept of local government officials behind the needs of the development of marketization.Although "Internet + endowment" intelligent construction faced many new problems,as the aging population structure changed,step by step in the transformation of national economic development,"Internet + endowment" introduction of institutions in the service of the trend of the old man has beenoverwhelming,the future development space was infinite.
