Abstract/Summary:
With the development of telecom technology,and along with the maximum profit chasing of modern enterprises,to set up a product portfolio is recognized as a common methodology to achieve company strategy.Lots of more telecom companies have to survive the multi-project management situation.Telecom multi-project management is known as high-technical and requirement-fast-changing.Therefore the management has to be smart,not only during the starting,planning,execution phases,but also in the balance between projects,communication between department and the compromise between project goal and company strategy.Actually telecom multi-project management is to solve the conflict between limited resources and increasing number of projects.Based on the character and the conflict of telecom multi-project,this thesis focused on the math module building,priority definition and schedule optimization,in order to solve the resource constraint,communication gap and interest conflict among different project,and finally to achieve the maximum profit of the company.This thesis studied the organization of multi-project management,the method to identify the priority of different projects,and how to shorten the project lead time base on the correlations between different projects.This thesis based on the research of real business case from L company,applied the schedule model building,priority identification and the schedule optimization.The projects are on time delivered with maximum company interests,which approves by using the management tools legitimately,it is possible to solve the resource constraint problem in multi-project manage and help company to achieve their strategy.
