Research On The Implementation And Optimization Of ERP Financial System In The Enterprise Group

With the rapid development of economy,the enterprises' scale expands quickly,the enterprises' scope of business is more and more diversified,gradually develop to the enterprise group,it becomes the important support of the nation's economic power.In order to adapt to the growing scale and diversified business,ERP management system(Enterprise Resource Planning)has been paid more and more attention by enterprise groups.However,the traditional enterprise's organizational structure and management model can not completely adapt to ERP management system.Enterprise group encountered various difficulties in the implementation of ERP software,especially linked with all aspects of financial system is even more difficult to close.This shows that the enterprise group must attach importance to the implementation of the ERP software financial system optimization,in order to make the ERP software financial system and the characteristics of the combination of enterprise groups,give fully play to the integration of the ERP system,and promote the development of enterprise group.First,this paper discuss the research background,research significance,the research status at home and abroad,research content and methods;Secondly,this paper introduces the ERP theory and the synergy theory,and provides the guidance for the implementation of the financial system optimization research,and points out the necessity of the optimization of the implementation of the ERP in the enterprise groups;Then,this paper analyses the financial management system of enterprise groups and the status of the financial system of ERP in the enterprise groups of our country;And then,this paper designs the optimization of financial system of ERP and analyses the effect of the design.Finally,using the research method of theory with practice,case analysis of a enterprise group is carried out,analyses the problems and reasons in the process of implementing the ERP financial system,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures,the optimization of ERP financial system studied for the enterprise groups has a realistic significance.With the gradual development of the enterprise group,the implementation of ERP software system in developed countries has become more mature.But the implementation of ERP software system in our country is still in the initial stage of development.Domestic scholars gradually to the ERP software financial system has a strong research enthusiasm,but most of the research are stuck in the theoretical research,the practice of the study is not thorough.This paper is aimed at the present situation of our country,theory combined with practice,and the specific evaluation methods of implementation optimization of ERP financial system are studied,so as to have reference significance.
