Logistics center is based on two needs logistics rationalization and development of the market and developed,in goods with a(set of goods,processing,sorting,picking,picking)and the Organization of the user's delivery,in order to achieve a high level of sales and supply services,a good solution to the conflict and the diverse needs of users of small quantities of specialized production of high-volume manufacturers,thus becoming a modern logistics system,the key link of modern logistics sign.Faced with the user needs to diversify the direction of development of small quantities,a sharp increase in the number of species and the distribution of goods distribution center,followed in the distribution center order picking jobs in the proportion is growing,the most labor-intensive and time of the job,That order picking efficiency directly affects the operational efficiency and operational effectiveness of distribution centers,distribution centers and service levels.Also,due to differences in demand and production and non-synchronization,logistics centers must maintain a certain amount of inventory to meet the downstream customer demand in a timely manner,so the storage system has become a core function of the logistics system,logistics system plays in regulation,the role of buffer and balanced.Logistics center system planning theory more rapid development in all aspects of communication and control hardware subsystems have made great progress,but in a lot of pre-planning data analysis,and much will depend on the subjective experience of policy-makers,the lack of practical The quantitative analysis tool,is only a rough estimate using the EIQ analysis.Based on the detailed analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars on the logistics center sent picking systems,storage systems and basic research status on the EIQ analysis,dimensional analysis found EIQ when planning picking and warehousing strategy has great limitations,can not better sorting systems used in planning and warehousing systems.Therefore,this paper presents a three-dimensional analysis EIQ,very good to make up for the shortcomings that exist in two-dimensional analysis.This paper describes the concept of not only logistics center picking systems,processes,design principles and design elements,but also describes the concept of storage system selection,storage policies,storage capacity and storage devices.Then use the three-dimensional analysis method EIQ picking system analysis,EIQ three-dimensional model,a comprehensive consideration of orders,items and the number of distribution relations,the basis of its original size,using the appropriate picking strategy,approach and sorting equipment,complete overall planning and implementation of its election system,improve work efficiency to some extent.Then take advantage of three-dimensional analysis of the warehouse EIQ system analysis,EIQ three-dimensional model,the number of delivery days full of various goods in the cycle of shipments and the total amount of cycle the library every day.Determining the amount of storage units and storage of various commodities,select the appropriate storage device and storage location.Finally,a logistics center for the study of books,the books distribution center for a simple introduction,and this paper presents the principles to be followed in order to select,select the book orders large logistics center in July as an analysis material By the Book logistics center dimensional orders EIQ analysis,planning and design of their chosen strategy and warehousing strategy.The innovation of this paper is to establish three-dimensional model of EIQ,distribution EIQ than traditional two-dimensional model can accurately reflect the order with the nearest you can directly see the commodity and the quantity of each required for each customer and use a systematic analysis step,for selecting the most efficient picking strategy.
