With the rapid devel poseopment of e-commerce industry in China, research oflogistics which is closely related to e-commerce is also increasingly become the focusof academic study. As a bond between e-commerce and consumers, logistics’intermediaries and operation has important implications for trading experience andaccess to enterprise value. GD Mall as one of the leading brands in the Chinesebusiness community has accumulated a large amount of technology and experiencesin the long-term development. But the rapid expansion also poses considerableproblems, particularly in3C warehouse picking system.The thesis selected the picking system of GD mall and did relevant analysis.In the text order-picking system refers to, including picking policy, order processing policies and storage center picking, picking a path operation system. the thesis firstly analyze211and select the Order Segment and Storage area partition for order processing, choose integrated path chosen policy.And using Flexsim software to build simulation model,then compared the strategy with partial picking strategy to demonstrate the superiority of it. in terms of path selection strategy the comprehensive strategy chosen path was chosen.Secondly for daily order,Flexsim software was used to build a model toprove the efficiency of unified and distribution,The seed algorithm order batch modeand S heuristic routing strategies were chosen.Finally, the paper discusses the promotional period of goods sorting system, chose a mixed strategies which contain zone picking, order segmentation and order partial strategies.Then Flexsim software was used to build a model,compared with batch picking strategy,the feasibility and superiority of the hybrid strategy was proved. At the same time as the model runs we found the need to balance the several aspects of the ability in the use of mixed strategy, to display operating process, have put forward the reference opinions, some reference opinions were put forward in the display operating process.
