| Under the background of the new normal on economic growth,intellectual property has been becoming the core power of sustainable development in countries and regions.The enterprises are not only the subject of innovation,but also the entity of using intellectual property rights.Controlling intellectual property rights,means that the firm has mastered the most important core-competitiveness.Since 2010,Tianjin municipal government has implemented the program of “Leading Scientific & Technologic Enterprises”.In the last five years,the total amount of leading scientific & technologic enterprises has been 3400.The proportion of industrial production from leading scientific & technologic enterprises has been 48%.The leading scientific & technologic enterprises have become the important carrier of developing the emerging industries.Enhancing the strength of leading scientific & technologic enterprises in patent creation and operation,is important to accelerating the transformation of the economic development mode and advancing the society growth.The thesis first analyses the role of leading scientific & technologic enterprises in economic development,and the role of patent for the leading scientific & technologic enterprises.The thesis,using statistical analysis method,points out the problems in patent work,and analyses the reason of the problem.O n this basis,the thesis proposes the patent strategy of the leading scientific & technologic enterprises by using SWOT.In the thesis,the strengths,weak ness,opportunities and threats of location of patent development strategy in the leading scientific & technologic enterprises are researched.The development goal,work contents and implementing measures are finally confirmed.In the end of the thesis,from the government and the enterprise standpoint,the countermeasures and suggest are respectively proposed,which promote patent works in the leading scientific & technologic enterprises. |
