In 1990s,the international organization for Standardization issued a variety of management system standards,such as quality,environment,occupation health and safety management system,provides a great help for the enterprise to enter the international market.With the increasingly market competition,many enterprises according to the market and environmental requirements have been established in other management system,but at the same time,there exists other problems in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,the different management system certification requires more resources,such as manpower cost and time cost,although the different management system for different purposes,there are a lot of repetitive work.Separately for each authentication system,not only a waste of resources,but,because of the different certification bodies for the same content have different certification standards,companies need to develop different management manual and program files,enterprise management has become cumbersome and complex,management efficiency is greatly reduced,resulting in the inevitable rise in the cost of enterprise management,therefore,integration of the various management systems has become an important issue in the current business to be resolved.At present,more integrated management system for research and practice,mainly in the following two problems:on the one hand,the integration of domestic and foreign scholars focus on standardized management system,such as integrated quality management system and environmental management system,but not only within the enterprise standardization system,as competition intensifies,companies have developed to meet the different requirements of other management system,therefore,study the integration of the different nature of the management system is also very important between.On the other hand,the current academic research on integrated management system of more than a "bottom-up",that is due to the certification requirements for the integration of Integrated Management System was studied,and by adjusting the organizational structure,staff allocation and other ways to adapt this kinds of integration,often result in "two-skin" phenomenon However business management system integration certification from this point of view is often implemented in the enterprise,aware of this problem,to take a top-down perspective of research from internal management perspective,taking the gas station as a case enterprise,an attempt is made to explore the integration model of both the standardized management system and the non standardized management system.This article first previous literature study,first,sorting out the key management system,including developed by the International Organization for Standardization quality management system,environmental management system,to the rear by the developed based on relevant standardization system by international oil companies HSE,QHSE management system,and then later various enterprises have been established in accordance with the actual operation of the other non-standardized management system,and describes the current situation of the management system certification;Secondly,research status management system integration carried out and understand at present the main research direction and content of the scholars,and then found that research gap,and finally,through the research process reengineering in the management system in the application,which leads to study the theme of this article.This paper uses a single case study method,select Liaoning Petroleum Marketing Company gas station enterprises to expand business as a case management system to integrate multiple research perspective:integration of top-down system.By various management systems into the enterprise various job responsibilities,job and other daily business process,the first truly integrated multi-management system within the enterprise,and then gradually realize the integration of multi-certified management system.At last,through case studies,research results are as follows:(1)From the internal perspective to integrate the internal multi-management system which is based on job responsibilities,job processes,work standards,risk and prevention,implementation of evidence,implementation of internal integration of multi management system,to solve the problems caused by the parallel management system from the source.(2)Because of the limited to the study of national standardized management system currently,this study broadens the content about management system,which for the dramatic changes in the market environment,more and more companies that exist within the different nature of the integrated management system study provides a great help.
